No. Airvia is a private service. Visa decisions remain with the relevant government authority.
Can Airvia guarantee a visa?
No. Approval cannot be guaranteed.
Why do checklists differ between applicants?
Nationality, occupation, sponsor, finances, travel history, purpose, family circumstances and previous refusals can all change what evidence is relevant.
Can I upload passports and bank statements here?
Not on this public version. Sensitive files should be handled only through the future secure portal.
Can anyone buy a marine fare?
No. Marine fares are subject to genuine seafarer eligibility and airline/supplier rules.
Does every refusal have an appeal?
No. Rights and deadlines differ by country and visa category.
